Processing Time
Every frame is handled with the care it deserves. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping (5–7 business days): $10
- Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Packaging
Your FORMLIGHT frames arrive in a sculptural leather case, wrapped with intention — no visible logos, just quiet luxury from the moment you open the box.

Lost or Stolen Packages
FORMLIGHT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct. If your package is lost in transit, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at Mrs.M9iche2l3e@outlook.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.
