RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love the quiet confidence that comes with a FORMLIGHT frame. If for any reason your purchase does not feel like a natural extension of you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging — including the leather case, cleaning cloth, and all protective films intact.
- Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as FORMLIGHT cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at Mrs.M9iche2l3e@outlook.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and confirmation within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back and share the tracking number with us.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred frame.
